Introduction & Acceptance
vip3k (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we", or "vip3k") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. By browsing this website (https://vip3k.lat), creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these complete terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. This agreement is considered a binding legal document between you and vip3k.
Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Verification & Responsibility
vip3k always places the protection of minors as its highest priority. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access this site from their devices. The use of parental control software is recommended where necessary.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
vip3k currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods).
- Use only your own mobile banking account for deposits.
- Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be returned.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The same three methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (all methods).
- It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for those bonuses have been met.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
Bonuses & Promotions
vip3k offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and regular players. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳14,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and can start with a total of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (10x wagering). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus is applicable only once per account.
- vip3k reserves the right to suspend any account found to be abusing bonuses.
- Each promotion has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- vip3k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
Regular players can enjoy the benefits of vip3k's exclusive VIP program. There are three tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback benefit and priority support.
Players can be promoted to higher VIP tiers based on their gaming activity and consistency. The specific benefits of each tier are set by vip3k and are subject to change.
Gaming Rules
All game outcomes on vip3k are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or via live dealer methods. The platform operates under a fair play policy.
6.1 Game Results & Disputes
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.
- If any evidence of manipulation of game results is found, the relevant account will be brought under investigation.
- If an internet connection is lost during a game, the server-side record will be considered final.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled for any reason before the event begins, the bet amount will be refunded.
- The betting policy for incomplete events is determined separately by vip3k and applies accordingly.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip3k platform. Any violation may result in account termination and legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Interfering with or manipulating the platform's software or gaming systems.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
- Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
- Registering with a false identity or using another person's identity.
- Using any automated software or bots to play games.
Account Suspension & Closure
vip3k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these terms is violated.
- If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- If suspicious activity is observed on the account.
- If documents requested for verification are not provided within the specified time.
- If the account holder is confirmed to be a minor.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
